Preschool Director / Lead Teacher Full-time • 5 days/week • Ages 3–5

This full-time role leads our state-licensed preschool classroom (approximately 11 students) and helps shape a safe, nurturing environment where young learners grow academically and spiritually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily instruction and classroom routines for children ages 3–5
  • Create a safe, structured, and caring learning environment
  • Support early learning foundations through play-based and guided instruction
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with parents and families
  • Maintain classroom standards aligned with state childcare licensing requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to confidently lead a classroom of 3–5 year-olds
  • Strong communication and parent partnership skills
  • Commitment to Christ-centered education and student care
  • Experience with licensed childcare settings is preferred
Middle School Homeroom Teacher 2 openings • Full-time

We are hiring two Middle School Homeroom Teachers who are called to disciple students, support strong academics, and partner with families in a Christ-centered learning environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (or closely related field)
  • Qualified to teach and manage a homeroom classroom
  • Clear commitment to Christian faith and biblical worldview
  • Strong classroom leadership, organization, and communication

HIRING FAQs

What qualifications are required?

All teaching positions require a bachelor’s degree in Education (or related field). Preschool candidates should have experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or classroom setting. A commitment to Christian faith and biblical worldview is required for all faculty roles.

Is state certification required?

State certification is preferred for applicable grade levels. However, we encourage qualified candidates with relevant degrees and classroom experience to apply, even if certification is in progress.

What is the expected start date?
Positions are expected to begin at the start of the upcoming academic year unless otherwise specified. Preschool roles may begin earlier depending on program needs.
What is the work schedule?

Preschool roles are full-time, five days per week. Middle School teaching positions follow the academic calendar and school-day schedule.
